The Pregame

A Pregame is a staple in the Black community. Through this campaign, I encouraged the support of Black owned businesses while celebrating the unity and brilliance of Blackness. Brands included: Barefoot Tunes, Black Beauty Brewery, Uncle Nearest, and Viarae. Check out the videos here.

Stages Through a Queer Lens

After 10 weeks in the Art of Freelance program, I was able to present my work last week. Representation has been and will always be the driving force behind my creativity. Through this project, I wanted to show the stages of a relationship through a queer lens. I had so much fun creating and sifting through ideas with my cohort. Black at PWI is a project where I interview Black students, faculty, and staff on their experiences at Predominately White Institutions. I had the opportunity to create a resource guide and these are photos from my campaign, #MoreThanaBrochure.

Streets Calling DC

I had the opportunity to document Streets Calling DC, a Black-owned bike club located in DC that focuses on activism, entrepreneurship, and Black culture.
